a tempo 2007 - Many colours paint the rainbow

Posted under Paint Colours by paint colors on Thursday 11 March 2010 at 3:35 pm

This is the winning song for a Tempo in choir competition 2007, held in Johor Bahru. Many colours paint the rainbow, arching over land and sea May colours form the fabric of our human tapestry God, with joy and hope you made us, by a pattern you had planned Weaving varied threads together, with a skilled and loving hand.. Many peoples bring their treasures, as those kings who travelled far Drawn from all earth scattered places, back to Christ the morning star All may offer gifts to others, and from them receive in turn In the gathering of nation, help us god to teach and learn… Many faces round the table wait for Christ, the Risen Lord For he comes with love to meet us, in the Loaf, the Cup, the Word All are welcomed, none rejected, bound by Christ in unity Naming others sisters, brothers, in a world wide family.. Many voices sing God’s praises in their language all their own Toungues confused at Babel’s Tower now are joined around God’s throne Free our hearts of hate and discord, till our lives in concert blend Alleluia! Be our anthem without end…

Natasha Bedingfield - We’re All Mad

Posted under Paint Colours by paint colors on Saturday 6 March 2010 at 6:42 am

One of the best tracks from Natasha Bedingfield’s first studio album ‘Unwritten’. Lyrics: I think the lady did protest too much She wouldn’t take the flower from my hand She only saw the shadow of my circumstance Perception can’t describe what makes a man I didn’t mean to interrupt your stride But a rose was all I had to give Sometimes beauty isn’t recognised When it contrasts with what you feel inside Who’s to say that darkened clouds must lead to rain? Who’s to say that problems should just go away? Who’s to point a finger at what’s not understood? Because We’re all mad in our own way Colours paint the grey away Different people all the same Each reveals a meaning We’re all mad in our own way Fill the sky with different shades Read the story on each page Each reveals the meaning Sometimes I think I over analyse As if I can control the time and place Life isn’t something you try on for size You can’t love without the give and take Who’s to say that darkened clouds must lead to rain? Who’s to say that problems should just go away? Who’s to point a finger at what’s not understood? Because We’re all mad in our own way Colours paint the grey away Different people all the same Each reveals a meaning We’re all mad in our own way Fill the sky with different shades Read the story on each page Each reveals the meaning We’re all mad in our own way Colours paint the grey away Different people all the same Each reveals a meaning We’re all mad in our own way Fill the sky with different shades Read the story on each page Each reveals the meaning

ms paint tutorial #2 - clothes and lineart

Posted under Paint Colours by paint colors on Monday 22 February 2010 at 8:52 pm

ive decided to draw the clothes/or armour in red so you guys can see the contrast between the cool colour and warm colour and basically for you guys to distinguish. the anatomy helps by making the clothes fit in with the body. and the lineart. use the ‘curve tool’ and USE BLACK if ur struggling with the tool try to pratice. if you can make a perfect circle with it when you defenetly know how to use it. the ’straigh line tool’ is used to any straing object such as the sword. NEVER USE STRAIGHT LINES clothes OR THE ANATOMY (unless u draw a robot). after you go over the sketch with an outline you need to clean it up, as it shows on the video. after all the colours are gone except for black which is the line art. use the ‘magnifying’ tool to close any gaps or correct any mistakes. so it will be easy when you do the colouring wich will be the next video :)

SMB3-Episode 23-True Colors-Part 1 (1990)

Posted under Paint Colours by paint colors on Tuesday 16 February 2010 at 8:35 pm

Adventures Of Super Mario Bros 3: Episode 23: True Colors In an attempt to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom. King Koopa, Cheatsy & Kookie Koopa performed a Midnight Attack with loads of Goombas & enemies invading the villagers! Mario & Luigi with Racoon Power diverted the attack and saved the kingdom! Cheatsy, afterwards, had a idea, which was to divide and conquer. The way he did this, was to get two different paint colours, and spray everyone with the paint in the two colours, putting some in Red, some in Blue. Then, afterwards, create a brawl to make the Reds against the Blues. This went all successful and the Red’s & Blues demanded a Rumble the next morning against each other to settle it off. What’s worst is that Mario & Luigi were slightly not getting on with each other as Mario was Blue & Luigi was Red! Can the Mario Bros solve this colour situation before the whole Mushroom Kingdom splits apart! Bulgy’s Review: Not a bad episode. It would have been more interesting if the Princess & Toad were different colors too! I’ll give this one 7/10!
